Please Define Graphics Glitch or Help?

Hello TH community. I'm looking for a solution for an annoying graphics glitch, I'm not sure if it is a hardware or software problem, or even the display I'm using. The problem so far occurs when playing the Witcher Enhanced Edition (Witcher 1)

Define this graphics glitch please? Animated characters sometimes leave "trails" when moving, especially when I move the camera. Not game breaking but it's annoying. Some textures as well.

I'm running Windows 7, 2GB Radeon 7850, with a 1080p Vizio 42 inch flatscreen TV

Likely an issue with the fact you are using a TV not a monitor, display lag. Some TVs have a PC setting in the options, see if yours does for the connection you are using.
