i cant find exact videos for your model , but you can watch the laptop repair videos for other laptops and gain a basic understanding of how to open the laptop and in what order the components are disconnected. Overheating in seconds is a case of either failure of the cooling fan or improperly applied compound. You need a specific screw driver kit for these purposes.
