First off, I realize that there are some other threads with similar names to mine but none of the solutions have worked for me. Haven't tried a PS2 keyboard and will be getting one if I have to but would really appreciate any help I can get that won't require me to purchase anything.
Keyboard unresponsive.

Solutions I've Tried
Removing and replacing the cmos battery
Using different keyboards
Unplugging everything but the keyboard
Removing and replacing the ram

BIOS can't recognize kbd/mouse is bad news. Liquid spill? Lightening strike?
No liquid spills that I know of and no lightning that could've damaged it. The issue came when I had the windows 1903 update, the update was making my pc slow and causing lots of issues. I tried going back and update and got stuck in recovery mode. I swapped out hard drives, didn't work. I thought removing the cmos battery, waiting 10 mins, then putting it back in would fix it, it gave me this screen. I should've mentioned that in my post. Hopefully it's helpful.
