Please give advice and suggestion for this build

According to the pcpartpicker, the video card and power supply seem to be partially incompatible with the case I chose. Please comment and throw in your advice. Thanks. Just wonder what is the best bang for the buck. I would go for rendering and encoding so the threadripper is a must.

You are wasting half the memory bandwidth by not getting a 4x8GB matched set of DIMMs.
