Please give me advice on RAM to buy?

Spec:

OCZ ZS Series 550W 80 Plus Bronze
AMD Phenom II X4 960T
Asus M5A78L-M LX
8GB Kingston DDR3 Memory 1333
Some cheap case

My motherboard is a crap cheap thing I bought.

My memory is this * 2:

Memory helps speed so I look on the memory qualified vendor list for the motherboard: I have one option it seems for 1866 and about 10 for 1600.

What should I choose?

Will buying RAM between 1600 and 1866 do any great improvement? I see lots of people saying 1600 and 1866 etc. but

I'm also looking to buy a 560ti or 6870, will buying the memory or video card affect the power supply on my computer?

Was reading and I saw some people say that the Phenom II doesn't support 1866/1600????

Forgive me all, this was my first cheap build PC. SO I added slowly so

There is no need to go above 8GB memory, 8 GB is fine.

That said, if you definitely want to add more ram, make it 1333 MHz ram, as that's what your system supports.

I didn't say going above 8GB.

My motherboard supports up to 1866. Just posting I could get some advice if upgradingm which one, and will it do anything
