please help. annoying skype issue

There is one person that i talk to a lot on steam/skype and we want to play games like dirty bomb, cs:go, bf4, etc... but itll let us talk until we start loading our games to start playing. itll just randomly drop everytime we go out and into a game. does anyone know why this happens?
also, i already checked the bios to make sure the integrated graphics was turned off. i have a gtx 970 and everything is fully up to date

When in doubt restart your PC. If that fails re-install the program.

Right-Click on Skype desktop icon, and select "Run As Administrator"

i know... the admin option isn't there

Try going to the folder skype is located in. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" Right-Click "Run As Administrator"
