Hey everyone can someone help me out here pls so today when i turned on my PC the power button didnt light up nor beeped like its supposed to, but every fan spinned like 3x time faster than it normally does, and the only way to shut PC down is by unplugging the PSU cable.
One thing is that when the 1st time it happened a burnt smell came out the processor (case not the CPU) and i tried sniffing to see where it came from but i couldnt really tell. Also when i turn on the PC the monitor just says Monitor going to sleep and stays black.
PS: i got a brand new PSU Corsair 750 Wattage and Geforce gtx 760 since my computer used to shut down in the middle of gameplay like Counter strike source and Dota 2.
So i installed psu but still same situation i even removed all the rams and turned it on but still samething.

My computer is HP Pavillion e9220y, i bought it from the store in 2010. Help would be really appreciated thank you.
