Please Help ASAP

Ok well I have built a pc and when I connect a vga cable and turn all of it on it says vgi and vga no signal. I have tried all fixes really like changing or cleaning ram, moving vga cable to mobo so my spy can do the graphical work and still nothing.


Here's My specs:
MSI R7 250 2GB
MSI A68HM GRENADE
A6 6400K
Thermaltake TR2 430w
1TB Seagate HDD

Also all new parts just bought from Fry's.Everything turns on like the fans and CPU fan except for my graphics card and all of it is new!

Is it VGA to VGA. Or VGA to HDMI / DVI?? If it's VGA to HDMI or DVI, you'll need an active adapter

Yes it's a vga to vga. But still won't connect we think it's a mobo problem.so where gonna replace the mobo and see if it works
