Question Please help (blackscreen, No sound, periferals turn off, and orange flashing light on MOBO)

Recently I have been having problems with my computer while gaming, the monitor suddenly goes black and does receive input from the pc, the computer remains on but there is no sound and the only way to use it again is by hard resetting it. when this problem happens all the peripherals shut off (I use Logitech and I have tried to close the app completely to check if the problem still persists and it does) I also notice that an orange light flashes in the Mobo beside the RAM.
