My Bios is very easy to work with. I only raise some numbers here, lower over there, then hit default. Do you know where to find truely optimal setting for case cooling or performance? It's not the same pressing the " turbo" button.
Huh ? No oc but you want to raise the performance by changing values in bios ? Not gonna happen. Maybe fan speed ... First of all let's see your pc setup. A little more about what u changed in bios too

I'm going go off topic here, because I'm bored. I have opinion, which makes me an a-hole, but so do you.
My problem is too many people will flaunt that they're read a book so they're smarter. I don't have time to read and frankly it's a waste of time. If I wanted to fantasize I'd mastubate.
I rant because this forum has "know it all" and it could take a minute to just answer a simple question. But noooo you have to earn it. Maybe I don't care about earning self gratifaction point. I wish there were more people that spoke their mind.

There's a lot of tweaking I can do in the bios, but in Win7 I can adjust performance even better by tweaking the GPU and some software which is basically the bios but dicfferent.
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard
AMD Phenom II Black x4
Corsair Bronze 600w PSU
2 4GB corsair Vengeance ram sticks
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Super Clocked ACX 2GB GDDR5
I would uninstall that Ai suit piece of crap and just do everything from bios.
I read books cause it's fun .. not to get smarter. Anyways. So you do overclock your video card and cpu. You should anyways. No need to rant. Just ask. Also if you don't have an aftermarket cooler get it
