Please help, (BSOD) NETIO.SYS DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I've tried removing and reinstalling updated graphics drivers, removing malwarebytes and still received crash. I have my machine backed up to a fresh install state with Acronis TrueImage, I tried rolling back to that fresh install image, updated drivers and still received the crash.

netio.sys = Network I/O (Microsoft) so try updating your LAN drivers (WiFi or Ethernet, whichever you use.)

I will get someone to convert dump files if theat isn't problem.

I removed Malwarebytes, that seems to have resolved the crashing.

I will get someone to read dumps anyway, I know removing malwarebytes can fix it sometimes but I often wonder if there is another hidden reason as exe files shouldn't crash PC. Its normally drivers
