Hi guys

Please help me with this build $1200 dollars budget +-
I am uncertain about the GPU as i dont think it will handle my top end games eg the witcher 3 and so on.
Please modify or improve this build

To play Witcher 3 on ultra settings at 1080p, you need a GTX 980 or above, it's a very demanding game. A GTX 970 certainly works and will save some money, you just have to lower a couple of settings. I also included a larger SSD which is nice to have, 120 GB will fill up surprisingly quick.

I wont be overclocking so could you do one for not overclocking? and im in south africa so the prices are alittle bit higer and dont really have g skill. could you do a build from www.rebeltech.co.za and then my budget is R12 000 - R13 000

thanks for the advice a lot of people saying that with the gigybyte gtx or the msi gtx 970 you could run it . any other tips ?
