Question Please help, cannot clean install

Hello, so earlier i plugged in my windows 10 USB and I got B1InitializedLibrary failed 0xc000009a, i googled and youtubed nothing could find helped. Then I found fast boot in bios and enabled it so I could enable full initial usb support, then Walah! I could then boot from my usb and clean install windows. Everything was going smoothly until I started updating my system. I got the blue screen of death and all types of error codes each time I restarted. Nothing in safe mode seems to work, and im trying to clean install again but im getting the same B1InitializedLibrary failed 0xc000009a error code as before with fast boot enabled so I completely stuck, and I'm not sure what to do.

Create new installation media. Everything is running from that media during the initial install. If something's bombing out, it's bombing out from the install media.

It happens. The best thing you can do is get a completely fresh copy of the Windows 10 Installation Media using the Media Creation Tool (MCT) from the Windows 10 Download Page.
