Please help - cant connect to wifi

Just got my new computer with an asus z270p motherboard, i think i installed the right driver but i cant be sure and it isnt letting me see any wifi connections. could someone link me the wifi adapter driver please!

if this is the asus prime Z270-P motherbord then it does not have a WI-Fi adapter. you will need to look for a wifi adapter to add to your PC or use an ethernet connection if possible
