PLEASE HELP CANT FIND MY MOTHERBOARD

Ok, so here is the thing i have tried everything..belarc, cpuz, aida32, EVERYTHING and they all say motherboard unknown, i opened my case and the heat sinc says nvidia but thats about all the marks i see...i know this much Motherboard Properties

thtas all that comes up..i reformatted my pc and i have no sound and i cant figure out why..hoping that mb drivers will fix this..please any help would be great!

first of all is this a desktop pc or a laptop and is it prebulit or homebuilt pc

thanks for fast reponse..its a pc i purchased off a friend has no marking so im guessing semi custom desktop

it doesent say dell or anything??
do u know what cpu you have
Try downloading cpu id or cpu-z it can tell u and we will go from there

i have amd 64 x2 dual core processor, the motherboard has a heat sink kinda off center and that has nvidia stamp, i have downloaded cpu-z and lots of other programs and they all say
