PLEASE HELP ! Computer low on memory ( again )

I have this message coming up every time I play the game NBA 2K15 . The error says that my computer is low on Memory but I have 8 GB of ram and the game only requires 4 . I had the problem earlier and someone suggested that I should re install the game . This solved the problem and I could play the game until now . Now I'm having the same problem and I re installed the game again because I tought it might be the same problem but this time it didn't get fixed .
My OS is windows 8.1 64 bit
