PLEASE HELP computer tries to turn on and then doesn't.

My CPU has been running hotter than normal lately, so to alleviate this I opened the case, cleaned the dust out of the heatsink, and reapplied thermal paste. Now when I try to turn on the computer it turns on for a second then turns itself back off and continues doing so. Please help!

Yeah I could see it spinning up, and now that I check the thermal paste again it appears to be applied perfectly. :/ If I only plugged in the power cord, could it be that POST stopped it?

Fixed it myself, Although I didn't touch the Ram AT ALL moving the Ram to a different slot fixed the problem.
