please help cpu lag?

hi, i need help.. can cpu make games lag, on open world games assasins creed, gta or any other games where are more graphic detail it horrible lag.. its a pentium 4 3.6 and geforce 210. i cant run games that someone else with same pc specs just with other cpu can run it without problem.. what should.. any solutins?

That is because that graphics card is very, very underpowered.

He means the GPU was never meant to play games, it is a very low performance card, the Processor is what 7/8 years old? That plays a pretty big role in it two... only hopes to fix it is a new rig (not really any upgrade options for you I'm afraid)

supahos thats not.my.main gaming rig.. but i can see gameplays.with that gpu .. games that they can play it with same pc specs end i cant where is the.problem how to fix it... others can i cant..

That is a very weak GPU and CPU. It will not run current video games. Your only option is to replace it if you wish to game on that rig.
