So I recently got a new Ryzen 9 5900X, an upgrade from a Ryzen 7 5800X.
After installing the new CPU my pc boot loops/shuts off while trying to boot Windows, but it boots fine with the old CPU. I updated BIOS as well as drivers . I reset CMOS too but nothing seems to work . On a strange note, if I take out one of my ram sticks it will sometimes boot normally but not with both . Sometimes I can’t even get it to load bios with both sticks.
I have new PSU but it was tested so that's not the issue. I have an ASRock 320M HDV R4.0 motherboard.
I’m leaning more towards it being a motherboard issue .
Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated thanks!
