Here is the thing:

I have two PC's (This one and the new one)
I will be building the new PC this thursday.

This computer has an HDD which has all my important information. (It obviously has the OS as well)

The new computer will have ONLY an SSD. To install the OS in the Pc i will get the OS' code from the old pc to the new one. and there it comes my question...

When i unplug the hdd and plug it in new pc (With the os already installed in it) am i going to have any problems?

Yes, major problems.

New PC generally = clean install of the OS. And your applications.
Also, you may in fact need a new OS license ($$).

You can't use the same OS license on 2 PC's.
You can't use an OEM license on a new PC.

Your new PC needs its own OS.

The new pc will use this computers' key for the OS. However i wont turn on this one again. So it wont be running on two pc's. Just the new one

What specific license it is?
OEM or Retail? Where did it come from?
OEM license is tied to that original motherboard. Unless you can convice Microsoft to allow you to use it elsewhere.

(And it still won't boot up putting that drive in the new PC)

Yea thats what i was just told. Im ragging right now i swear. I almost have my pc and dont have money to buy a windows key.
I am broke AF. took my pc pieces about a month to arrive, had a bunch of problems etc.

The OS needs to be part of the budget, just like the RAM/GPU/CPU/etc.

I didnt put it in my budget because i contacted windows before and they told me that i did not need it....

Well...was it a Retail or OEM license?
Where did it come from?

I don't know.

You don't know what it is, or you don't know where it came from?

Is the original PC still operational with that OS?
If so, download and install Belarc Advisor.

In there, it will list all of your applications, incl the license keys.
It will also list the Product Key for the OS. (this is different than the license key)
In that...there may or may not be a string of "OEM".
