(PLEASE HELP!) Do I Need a 6 pin connector for this GPU?

This is the gpu i bought and i just realized my PSU doesnt have a 6 pin connector. The GPU is the overclocked Gigabyte 1050 ti and I was that it has a slot for a 6 pin connector, but is it required for use?
