Please Help DRIVER.POWER.STATE.FAILURE Blue screen

Hi i have a week old dell inspiron 5748 laptop and it keeps going into blue screen saying driver power state failure but only when its not plugged into the power supply could anybody help fix this issue ?

Just found a program to check the mini dumps and this came up can anyone explain how to fix this ?
