My budget is around 700 dollars. Is the video card really necessary or should I be able to work with what I have now. Thanks for the info.

I have a crappy keyboard and mouse, and my monitor is ok. And no I dont currently plan on overclocking. And yes I do need OS. Im not sure what a wireless adapter is though.
