Question Please Help! Experiencing stutters

Please help I'm experiencing stutters with my high-end pc in games like Cod Mw 2019 (campaign), The Forest, Subnautica.
My drivers are up to date, Windows 1909, OS build 18363.863, No Cracks. ( Important: I Changed from Amd to Intel during Christmas)

CPU: Intel i5-9600k @5.15ghz (overclock or no overclock still results in stutters)

Motherboard: Asus Prime Z390-A

PSU: Evga 750watt gold+ efficiency

Ram: Corsair Vengeance Rgb Pro 16gb (2x8gb) @3200mhz

GPU: Evga Rtx 2070 Ultra

Storage

SSD: Samsung Evo 860 1tb

HDD: Western Digital 1tb

I believe my Cpu is the cause of my stuttering but at the same time I don't understand as others don't getting stuttering with the same cpu sometimes

Assuming this isnt a thermal issue.

Did you do a Windows reinstall when you switched from AMD to Intel? Or did you move your system drive over?

If you moved the drive from your old system you need to start with a reinstall of Windows.

I installed the ssd after upgrading then set it as my boot drive so a fresh install of windows

I don't have anything too important on here so could just wipe my ssd and try to reinstall windows and check if it fixes it (also could it be because of the amount of space left in the ssd 138gb?)

Worth a try. I'm surprised a hex core chip at 5.15Ghz would struggle here, although if Gamers Nexus think so, they're a credible enough source.

I think I might try to upgrade to an i7 10th generation chip when they come out
