Please help, fresh install, no drivers, no internet

Like the title says, i just did a clean install of windows 7 on my computer and I dont have any drivers, i need to go onto the internet for that, but it's telling me i cant get on the internet because i dont have some driver... what do i do?

A motherboard will come with a cd that includes some chipset drivers. In particular, you need the drivers for the integrated lan hardware on your motherboard.

Otherwise, you will need to download them to a usb drive elsewhere and install them.
