Hi guys, I need a big help on this.
Three weeks ago I updated my rig to an i5-4590 and GTX 670 MSI Power Edition OC. I even formatted my hard drive.
All games can run at 60 fps on ultra settings but sometimes they run at 25, no matter what game. Then they start running again at 60, then at 25. The only thing I can notice is that it depends on start up, meaning that during the same session it will continue to run well or bad and will not change unless I reboot a couple of times. If it was running bad then it will not change to well, and viceversa. When it runs slow there are no proceses other than the games'. Temperatures are great, I have 9 coolers and there is no component that reaches more than 55 degrees celsius during load.
I am desperate, I looked everywhere.
