Question PLEASE HELP GPU CRASHES PC

please help someone ....... i have a gigabyte ab350 d3v rev 1 motherboard with ryzen 3 2200g amd cpu and 2x8gb ram sticks i had orginally had a nvidia 1050 gtx 4gb graphics card in and i upgraded it for a 1070 8gb but now when ever i try and benchmark test my pc it instantly crashes when it gets to gpu also some guys can run fine and itll crash randomly then others crash more or less instantly

that is also the power supply i am using .......i dont have a spare powersupply to test .........i was going to buy a better motherboard and then a ryzen 5 cpu as i thought they was the problem can someone please help this dumb noob out?

I recommend removing all the graphics drivers 1050 ti and the 1070 and then only install the 1070 drivers again.

can i ask ...... does it sound like my gpu is faulty at all? if so i need to take it back like very soon .................. also people on the internet are saying my psu sucks they say its 800watt but dosnt give of 400
