please help (graphics card and power supply)

So I have ask a question on what graphics card should i get and you guy said i should get a
AMD r5 230

now my question is im trying to get a cheap graphics card that at least can run sims 3 or 4 with little to no logs I was looking at an Nvidia GForce FX5500 Graphics Card and Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card (fan typ
e) can i run this graphics card is my power supply strong enough cause en AMD r5 230
is just expensive for me if those graphics card i mentioned would not be compatible with my
computer cause of power suplly or other thing please tell me

can you tell me more about this thing and if they can can be downloaded
