I got GTX 1080ti AORUS xtreme edition and I found a small drop of solder on the metal. I do not know if it's a problem or not.

Solution
I'm not sure about the fan behavior but I haven't personally witnessed that myself. If you have any doubts, my only recommendation is to request a replacement. Perhaps someone more knowledged on this can reply. Best of luck.
Test it by gaming with it. I assume that's why you bought it, right?

You don't need to stress test it. If it is defective you will know, because it will fail during gaming.

Don't forget to register your card online with Gigabyte- they give an extra year of warranty (in the USA at least) for doing this.

As I said, you test the card by using it for everyday activities. Why do you think it needs some special test? If you get a picture and your framerates are good while gaming- then it works.

You are making this way more complicated than it needs to be.

Ok thank u

Now I have problem sometime when I play I look to card I saw 3 fans work and sometime I saw 2 fan work and one stop and sometime I saw one fan work and 2 fan stop

And when I finish play I saw 2 fan work even with 25c still work not stop to stop it I restart pc and the fan returne work normal

Your furmark is fine. The reason I recommended returning was really to give yourself piece of mind not because it was necessary. There shouldn't be any reason for a defect from that little soldering error unless they had another error as well that's why people told you to test it. I haven't watched my fans though and use a custom fan profile so I'm not sure if that is normal or not. Like people said before, if your card isn't overheating and throttling or having any issues, then there's no reason to worry. You do have a warranty too if any problems arise.
