Is the CPU fan working? Are there excessive dust collected in the heat sink? If neither then consider replacing the thermal compound.

[basically a 5820k with an x99s xpower ac msi mobo with a x61 kraken which i touched and the pump works i thing btw there is no windows or anything i just booted

Temps? Did you apply thermal paste? Cooler tightened down?

yes im really worried is there a way of checking the fans and if the pump is working fine

guys it was the standoffs they were similar but for AMD lol
