Please help how to fix corrupted usb 32gb

Please help how to fix corrupted usb 32gb it only show 4.00mb

and i try to format it on window but window unable to format

and i also try on cmd

-diskpart
-listdisk
-select the disk i select 1
-clean
-then create partition

then this show up

Get a new one. Really, I don't want to be too much of a downer or come off as glib but it's not worth the effort. For one thing, there's no easy fix to that kind of corrupted drive. For another, the drives are so commonplace a commodity that they're seen as disposable. If there were a fix available, it would be more expensive than a replacement.
