please help! i CAN'T CHANGE MY PROXY SETTINGS

I have tried almost everything to get it too work, I have run multiple malware scans with no help, I have tried changing it over an over which also doesn't help. Whenever I go into the Connections tab then Lan settings I am able to uncheck it, but the instant I hit ok and then go back into lan settings the checkmark is back? PLEASE HELP

This is a post from iamthemidnitechef. This practically fixed all my problems i was having where my lan setting kept on changing to proxy server. Hope this helps

In the Run text box, copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) or type the following:

Click OK.

Im using an admin account with password, but thanks for helping, ill try makign a new one and see if that works
