So i downloaded windows 10 and everything was fine but the next day my computer wont connect to the internet. So i troubleshooted it and it says the default gatway is not available. And it says the connection between the router and cable its broken. So i replaced the router and cable and still no internet. Iv also downloaded the latest drivers for intel networking still nothing. I dont want to mess with the settings beacuse i would have no idea what to do. The weird thing is tho that when i first start up and boot in and i get to my home screen it says that theres internet but there rely isent. Please can someone pls help im desperate.! By the way im not wireless im wired

There are many things that can cause this, however the most common one is the Default Gateway in your Windows Network Adapter’s IPv4 settings and instructions are listed here:
http://pocketpccentral.net/blog/2009/11/11/windows-7-unidentified-network-limited-access-no-internet-connection-problem-resolved/
If that does not provide a fix then we can look further.

Was that all of it? I can't see any problem myself.
I suggest you contact Comcast support or your ISP provider to trouble shoot with you.
