I recently started experiencing pc crashes. The pc only crashes after 1.5h every time when playing games. Than it just cuts all power and restarts imediately. I ran cinebench 20 and heaven benchmark. Both could run fine without a crash. Recently swapped my psu already, because I thought this was the problem. So if it's not cpu and gpu. I tested the ram and checked the ssd. It's not those either. That leaves the motherboard. What could the problem be and what can I do about it?

If I upgrade my motherboard, cpu cooler and case, what would you suggest? Since I don't run an overclock on my cpu right now.

Specs:
Intel core i7 8700k
Asus prime h310m-k
Corsair ddr4 2400mhz 16gb
Hyper 212 evo
Sharkoon vg4-w red
Corsair Rm850x
1tb hdd
500gb ssd
RTX 2070s

I will check for bios and the rest of the drivers are up to date. I already ran memtest86 and it gave 0 errors. Any other possebilities? If it's not the bios, it's probably the motherboard?
