So as the title says , I just can't overclock and I don't know why . First my GPU :
Its a gtx 1070 Asus Strix . So , temps are not the problem . I'm using Msi AfterBurner. Altough I add to the core clock , it just won't really add anything . Tech Power Gpu Z only sees 1506mhz . And I don't think its the problem of Techgpuz . I see very low FPS for the parts I've bought . And im Comparing what Fps i should see at 1920x1080 or 2560x1440 resolution .. when my monitor and in game resolution is 1280x1024 (ill buy a new monitor soon). What am i doing wrong ? How can overclock the GPU considering im seeing low fps ?
Now , my Cpu :
I7 6700K . Installed on the Msi Z170A Gaaming Pro Carbon . Cooled by a Deepcool maelstrom 240t . Temps are not the problem here either , because the cpu stays at around 50-60 grades . The mobo should allow oc . The psu is the SuperrFlower Leadex silver 650w , so that is not the problem either . The mobo wont allow me to oc , i mean , the bios doesnt seem to have any sort of multiplier . Whats the problem here ? i mean , it automatically puts the cpu to 4.4ghz constantly , 1.32 V , but i would like to push it a lil bit more , considering its a K cpu ..
Please help , im struggling for more than 2 months and no one could help me
