Please help. I don't know where the front panel stuff goes (time sensitive)

I am repairing a computer with a DH55TC motherboard but I am having troubles with the front panels I have tried googling it and I got a few results and I tried them all but to no avail. Please help fast i need this computer done by tomorrow.

This is when you find the user manuals for the motherboard and the case.

Yea - see your problem.

Found the user manual here (assuming that is your board)

and I see no mention of normal setup for front panel connectors (power led, pwr button, etc).

Do you have photos of the current connected cables and any markings (used to be letters on the front panel cable connectors).

Here is a link to the DH55TC motherboard manual.
Page 46 has a diagram and explanation of the front panel header:

Look carefully to identify the header and orient yourself via the corner with no pin.

The pwr and reset switches are not polarity sensitive.
The power and hdd led cables are polarity sensitive.
If they do not light, just reverse them, no harm.
