Please help! i need to know if this is a mSATA slot

I have a Sony Vaio that seems to have a free mSATA slot. I Just want to know if this is a mSATA slot

because i messed up the sata port of the laptop and i need an alternative and this seems a very good one.

The model is SVS15115FLB, the documentation its not very helpful.

i would appreciate any help.

yes it is possible it is an mSATA. from the look of the slot (small side) it seems to be 8 pin...m.2 has 5 &6 pin (M & B) after the division.

Looks like an mSata to me.
