I bought an Acer Aspire VN7-591G that has a gtx 960m (gtx 650 as in desktop counterpart) and I kinda regret buying it mainly becouse now I'm kinda low on money and I could have built a gtx 970 build..... I mean I'm actually surprised how well it can run games, like Arma 3 wastelands with medium settings ~45fps.

But still I kinda want to get rid of it and I have no clue how. The store I bought it from says they will not take it back becouse it they only have a 30 day return policy. But I made up some problems (some are actually real) and they still said "Sorry, not possible".

So what can I really do? I bought it since I really need a laptop for school but I still wanted a PC besides my PS4 to play CS:GO & Arma. If I ever get my money back, i'll still have to buy another laptop, just a cheap one, around ~300€.

If you care about the specs..:
i7-4270HQ, GTX 960M
1TB HDD 7200rpm, 128 SSD,
15'6 IPS HD screen, Windows 8.1.

TL;DR = I regret buying a gaming laptop and I have no idea how to get my money back for it since the store won't take it back...

P.S and if someones wants to buy it, its ofc for sale, 1150€

Solution
You bought it; it's yours. They have no obligation to take it back from you unless it's faulty, and even then, they can fix or replace it.

Ebay or similar. You won't get the full purchase price.

What do you think is a good price to sell? I'm currently trying 1200 € and I have had it for maybe 1 month, no one seems inretested to buy it.

the store is not responsible for your change of decision and has no reason to take it back. your only course of action is to keep it and deal with it or sell it at reduced price.

its about 1200 euro at stores so there is no reason for people to buy it used from you for the same cost as that would be silly. you will need to drop to at least 90% if not more of the original price to get serious inquiries. think about it like you were a customer: would you buy from some random person used when you could buy it new for the same or close to the same price? no, you would need to have a significantly good deal to make you even want to consider it.

then on top of that, you mention it had a few legitimate problems...

It is a year old model, regardless of when you bought it.

You're not going to get 1200€
Maybe 1/2 that.
