will a palit gtx 1060 3gb gddr5 fit in asus rog b250h ddr4 motherboard?

Parts Preferences: asus for (motherboard)/palit(for Vcard)
Overclocking: Yes if possible
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: im not sure yet for my monitor, but i would like a 4k monitor.
Additional Comments: i just want a good gaming and 4k vid editing comp setup.

CORE: i5 7600k GDDR5 core
VCARD: gtx 1060 3gb
MOTHERBOARD: asus rog strix B250H DDR4/gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3/ \
ASUS prime Z270-K LGA1151
im not sure yet which to choose for better future upgrade, any suggestions?
