Question Please Help idk about PC AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

I'm new to PC and know jack about a PC, it is a Cyber Power PC AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz, 8GB.
I can't game because it lags, freezes and won't really work on GTA which it the game i would love to stream. I plan on buying the Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3 16 gb ram but idk if that is even the issues. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm sorry, but that's a very old CPU and it's just... Bad. Barely usable by modern standards. The FX chips were pretty weak when they were brand new. I wouldn't recommend spending anything on it - if the DDR3 is really cheap maybe it'll make a difference. It won't be night and day, though.

List your whole system, what GPU do you have ?

Though you can patch it up to play GTA that came out in 2015 your patching it to play a 2015 game. That said just find a GTX 970 for cheap and get some cheap memory.

You could look for a Nvidia 1660 Ti but I always felt that was a marketing filler card. There dirt cheap on the used market today.

And stop and put the brakes on there.

Learn from there, enjoy it and start exploring newer up to date parts.

That is all I found on this. I truly don't understand PC.
If I can upgrade it and by any chance you would know where to direct me, I will so appreciate that. I want something strong enough to play and multitask (including streaming) without any issue. I'm at to the point heading to best buy to purchase one but I first would like to know if it'll be cheaper me upgrading it myself, if possible.

You're basically looking at getting/building a completely new pc.
How much are you willing to spend?

Well, it was mediumly crappy, when it came out 11 years ago.

So 3-4 years ago...yeah, you made a bad purchase.

There is really nothing you can do to make this a viable game PC.
Do not put any money into it.

nothing more than1 thousand if possible lower, but thats my limit
