Ok im new to this amazing community of pc
and im trying to buy a cheap gaming rig on amazon
and idk if this is sketchy but someone is selling a "Desktop Gaming PC (Intel i7-7700K 4.2GHz, NVIDIA GTX 1080 8GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 2TB 7200RPM HDD, 256GB NVMe SSD, Liquid Cooled, Win 10 Home), White" and it says gtx 1080 and i7 and those are really expensive BUT the pc costs $205 and 23.99 shipping

please help do you think thats sketchy or i shouldnt buy pc's from amazon

i also wanted to build my own pc but im on a tight budget

BTW it says that the quality of the pc is new and never used

The CPU alone costs $345. So that is totally sketchy. Don't fall for that. You can buy individual components from Amazon through reputed sellers. That PC though is total scam.

That's not merely 'sketchy', that is a hacked account, posting a bogus sale.

Any 2 of those parts would be $200 or more.
Just leave it...
At best, you'll get your money returned.
At worst, you'll be out $230 and no PC.

Buying a PC from Amazon is one thing.
Buying that PC is a no no.

Didn't we have a similar sale item (on ebay that time) for a gaming pc for 15 dollars? with similar --although a year or so old hardware) like a week ago?
that time ebay pulled the item after 5 pieces sold. The OP of that thread got a refund from paypal.

Those appear every once in a while.
Usually fleabay, but rarely, and in this case, Amazon.

Not even worth the time trying to buy it, because it is 100% bogus.
