You have three (separate) valid windows 7 keys. Your computer went down, so why didn't you just use one of the keys? Did you put a different operating system on the newly formatted Hard drive.

its a new mobo. and a new cpu but everything else is the same, ram, psu, gpu everything just new board and cpu!!! and i have used my keys in other computers. between my computer dying i bought an upgrade.

so what do i do now.

Is that 3 pack "Upgrade" versions of Win 7? You should be able to install it on the new computer as the old computer died. Upgrade and OEM versions have difference license agreements. OEM is tied to the system you installed it on, I don't think the Upgrade versions have the same restriction. But you would need a valid XP or Vista installation, or at least a disk, on that new computer before you do the Upgrade.

Found an interesting site where you can select the licensing terms for Windows
http://www.microsoft.com/About/Legal/EN/US/IntellectualProperty/UseTerms/Default.aspx

And a nice post by someone from MS, explains things pretty well.
