I am looking for a power supply but I am on a tight budget and not sure which one to get.

My current setup is:

AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000mhz 2x8GB RAM
Gigabyte B450 DS3H
WD Black SN750 NVMe M.2 SSD 250GB
Kingston HyperX Fury 120gb
Gigabyte WB1733D-I WiFi card

I intend to use the vega 8 integrated graphics with the potential to add a dedicated graphics card later like the RX 570. However I am not a gamer so may not need it.

I have been looking at the Antec VP450 on eBay, used. But I’m not used if buying a used psu is a good idea or if there’s a better psu to get or if it will even have all the connections I need. Please help. Thanks

There generally is no problem buying secondhand as long as you are buying something half decent.
The Antec are an OK PSU and 450 is more than enough you need right now. The 570 doesn't draw a lot of power, but it is a bit power hungry. 450W is minimum in specs
I think you need to go for minimum 500w just to make sure you are all good for any future upgrades.
