please help! inspiron power on password

Having removed power on passwords back when using the pull battery or change jumper method when purchasing this Inspiron (made after 2004) I was unaware this method does not work. Please help. Its an Insprion w/ service tag of: .<REMOVED>. and the unlock hint number is: <REMOVED>
