Please help, installation Windows

Hey, umm..
I wanna ask.
I'm trying to install windows 8.1 on my pc..
Why is my 'Language to install' only got portugese(bra)
And, I installed it, and I changed my language settings on control panel, but my windows still running portugese lang when I'm not in the windows..
Like 'Welcome' Signing in" and stuffs..
Even my apps is running in that lang.. ._.
Please help..

because the version you pirated is the Portugese version - go buy an English one and you won't have to ask meaningless questions

but, I bought the license key from store.. so that's why..

Ahhhh....there we go.
You downloaded (torrented) a Portugese language Windows install
You bought the 'license key' from a 'computer shop'

You failed on multiple levels.

Whatever money you gave to 'the computer shop'...consider it gone. That was not a valid license key that they sold you. If it were, it would have included either the actual install disk, or a valid place to download the ISO from.

As you apparently received neither....the 'computer shop' is also on the bad side of not legit.

Solution?
Go buy a valid copy. In whatever language you need.
