Some help needed please, it's been a while since I've done this.

Okay so I know how to create a Windows 10 USB boot drive on Mac using Boot Camp (I think). Here's what I know:

- download ISO file from Microsoft and save it.
- insert USB, open Boot Camp
- select “Create a Windows 8 or later install disk” and deselect “Install Windows 8 or later version”
- choose ISO image, select destination drive, continue

Is this correct? I've never had to use Boot Camp so I have no idea.

It's after this step that I'm not so sure. Q1, when I buy Windows 10 as an ESD, I'm really just buying the product key right? Do I get in my email, like immediately? Q2, I need to buy the product key for version (64 bit) that matches the ISO file that I downloaded right? Also, (sorry last question) how exactly do I proceed when my new pc posts and I'm in the BIOS?

Guys your help is really appreciated. I'm new to building my own PC and this is part of that so I don't to f*** it up. Thanks a lot :)

Seem to indicate that you're on the right track so far. As for Q1, purchasing Windows 10 generally is purchasing a product key. Installation media can be easily acquired through the Windows 10 media creation tool, on Windows PCs. ISOs can similarly be easily acquired, here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench

You need to buy a product key for your Home or Pro version, IRRESPECTIVE of whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit.

I live in Switzerland. I can't buy anything that has to be shipped because I'm building my system tomorrow and I'd really like to get it done before the start of next week as I'll be busy again. Also, I don't have an optical drive in my new pc.

The Apple Support links don't help that much as I'm not installing Windows 10 on my Mac
