It looks like you are paying for FLASH. There is an unlocked K CPU in a H61 board, and the GPU could be a lot better, it is/was a $100 card three years ago. Something with three to five times that performance is available today for under $300, sometimes a lot under.

Just about everyone here will suggest that you build your own.

Given that, this (TigerDirect) is a much more modern and generally better build. I'd want to know what power supply they were using. It is a great place to cut corners and the effects may not be apparent for many months (years)

You are paying a lot ot be able to overclock your CPU. Do you, in fact, intend to do that?

The critical components of a build are:

Power supply
CPU
motherboard
GPU

These need to work together. All other parts can be built to a budget or even replaced/up graded later.

For your budget I'd be looking at a better GPU, but my expectations and needs are not yours.

What games do you want to play and what quality of graphic do you want/hope to use?
