You are paying a lot ot be able to overclock your CPU. Do you, in fact, intend to do that?

The critical components of a build are:

Power supply
CPU
motherboard
GPU

These need to work together. All other parts can be built to a budget or even replaced/up graded later.

For your budget I'd be looking at a better GPU, but my expectations and needs are not yours.

What games do you want to play and what quality of graphic do you want/hope to use?
