Please Help low frame rates out of no where

getting low frame rates on every game i play out of the blue.
I have an Intel Core i5-4690K and a MSI GTX 970 i get about 20 frames per second in CS:GO now, yesterday i was getting at least 400. I have no idea what that problem could be i've so far all i have tried is reinstalling the drivers im scared it could be a virus.

other games i play are guitar hero 3 pc and smash brothers melee on dolphin emulator both getting awful frames

Post your build.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Game for 1/2 hr. Post the Sensors results - usually 3 screenshots in Gyazo, TinyPic or similar. This will show voltages, temps, clocks, fan rpm etc to see how your PC is running.
