[SOLVED] Please help low frames on warzone

so I am running a Ryzen 7 3800x
rtx 2080xc ultra
32gb thermal take memory(3600mhz)
msi 570x gaming edge motherboard
whenever i play warzone i only get about 120 frames on 1080p and 1440p my cpu is overclocked and so is my gpu is there something im missing in the settings

For the rest might you just run into the limits of the gpu, if it runs at 95/100% is that what it can do.
