i have a p4 3ghz processer EM64T

and a motherboard D102GGC2

512 mb ram

i want to update my machine

pls suggest

motherboard which support 4 gb ram and can be compatiable with p4 3ghz processer EM64T (in india)

and

motherboard which support 4 gb ram and can be used with 3ghz or above processor with in 7k (in india)

PLEASE SUGGEST ITS URGENT

I do not know of any motherboards sold anymore that support the ancient P4 chip. I think the best you can do is add some memory to that system. That motherboard takes DDR2 533 memory:
